Is this For Beginners?

Yes—if you’re committed. This program can be done by beginners, but it’s not a “walk on the treadmill and do a few reps here and there."

You must be coachable, ready to follow proven guidance, and willing to learn proper training techniques.

What type of equipment do I need?

This is a full gym training program. Therefore you will either need a gym membership or a fully equipped home gym.

Fully equipped gym needs to consists of the following at minimum: Squat rack, Multi functional universal cable machine, lat pull down, leg machines / press, etc

Do I get customized macros with this program?

It's important to note that this is not a customized program, so you won’t receive tailored macros specific to your individual needs. However, you will benefit from a proven meal plan derived from our Prime and Reset protocols.

These protocols have been successfully utilized by thousands of women over the years, helping them achieve significant results. While we understand that everyone’s journey is unique, this structured approach is designed to provide you with a solid foundation for success. By following the meal plan as outlined, you can experience the benefits of our tried-and-true methods while working toward your goals.

Is this for vegetarians?

This program is not ideal for vegetarians.

Nancy’s nutrition strategy is rooted in an animal-based approach to optimize muscle growth, fat burning, and hormonal balance—especially for women over 40. Animal proteins play a critical role in fueling workouts, building lean muscle, and speeding up recovery.

If you follow a vegetarian diet, this program likely won’t align with your nutritional needs or preferences and is not recommended.

What if I have food allergies or gluten sensitivities?

The meal plan is not 100% gluten-free and may include ingredients that don’t work for everyone.

When will I get my plan?

The program officially kicks off on Monday, April 7th!

If you sign up early, you’ll get early access to the private community and app so you can update your personal stats and get familiar with the layout.

Your workouts and meal plan will drop Friday, April 4th, giving you the weekend to prep, plan, and get your head in the game before we hit the ground running Monday.

You can start late at your own discretion—but keep in mind, access to the app and program will still end on April 28th regardless of your start date.

Can I get a refund?

Well, we have never been asked by any former MMM member if they could have a refund. Like our coaching style, we like to get ahead of our client's expectations. Is the Metabolic Accelerator restrictive?

It’s structured, not restrictive.

The meal plan is simple yet incredibly effective. This meal plan is simple, powerful, and designed with purpose.

The Metabolic Accelerator uses our proven Prime and Reset strategy—featured in the Strong and Sexy Program—to help regulate hormones, fire up your metabolism, and get visible results in 21 days.

You’ll be eating more, not less. Everything included serves a function. If it’s not in the plan, it’s likely because it could slow your progress. For the best outcome, we strongly recommend following the plan exactly as written.

While we understand you may have food preferences or allergies, we cannot guarantee the same results if changes are made. In a typical coaching program, your coach would customize the plan for you.

Since the Midlife Muscle Makeover is a self-paced course, we’ve included a substitution sheet to help you make appropriate swaps, if needed.

You’ll receive two meal plan options. Each options contains 3 to 4 meals and 1-2 snacks to eat every day—everything is laid out for you. Just follow it exactly as written and make sure you’re eating all the meals listed. No mixing, matching, or skipping. Every food choice is intentional and designed to support your metabolism and hormones. Keep it simple. Follow the plan. Get the results.
